Jackie Lynn Janaban

Hi, call me Jackie. I have been in the BPO industry for 7 years, working with both voiced and non-voiced services since 2016. I enjoyed working with my previous employer, Conectys, a lot because it provided me with a solid foundation in content moderation. I am a multi-tasker who can work with minimum supervision, efficient, flexible and a good team player. I never had any attendance issues as well. I enjoy nature, visual arts, and music as hobbies. I have been to a grammar school, then to a science high school, so I have the best of both worlds of education as preparation towards adulthood. I have been an accounting clerk for 8 years for a lending corporation before I ventured to be customer service representative for 3 years then content moderator for 4 years. I am familiar with tools depending on the account type. I set no boundaries for what I can do in life and career as an employee, and of the best practices I share.
