Before that, I worked with United Airlines' customer support team, assisting travelers with booking, rebooking, and resolving issues during their journey. I provided support through calls and chats, often under pressure, and always with a focus on empathy and clear communication. Helping people through stressful travel situations taught me patience, problem-solving, and how to remain calm under pressure.
