My five years in BPO allowed me to master both voice and non-voice support, handling a wide range of accounts—including technical support, customer service, and health insurance—through inbound/outbound calls, chat, and email. I’m known for calm under pressure, fast problem-solving, and genuine customer care.

In addition, I’ve spent 2+ years in a content moderation role, reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure it meets community standards and platform policies. This position sharpened my attention to detail, decision-making, and ethical judgment in fast-paced online environments.
