I’m Lucy, a Quality Assurance professional with 10+ years in software testing leadership roles.

I have extensive experience working on large-scale digital transformation and migration programmes, predominantly in the Banking & Insurance sector (UBS, Lloyds, Nationwide, BUPA, LV), driving end-to-end testing and QA activities through the full SDLC from project initiation to successful delivery.

My core skills include test planning & execution, results tracking & analysis, team coordination, environment & data provisioning, defect management and reporting.

My long career has encompassed all forms of testing (ST/SIT, regression, performance, security, UAT, automation) and core project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, V-Model, Waterfall), and I’ve worked with a diverse range of project management tools, most extensively JIRA, ALM/QC, Azure DevOps and Confluence.
