I’m a strategic advisor with nearly 20 years of experience supporting democratic governance, strengthening information resilience, and pushing back against foreign disinformation efforts across Eastern Europe, the Balkans, and beyond.

I’ve helped build and grow organisations, led expert teams, and worked closely with civil society, governments, media, and political actors. My work blends practical leadership with a strong grasp of behavioural insights, open-source research, and data-driven policy reform.

I have a solid track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, designing impactful capacity-building programmes, and guiding public messaging on democracy, legislation, and information integrity.

Currently based in Kyiv, I’m committed to helping democratic societies defend themselves against the threats of the autocratic world.
