Our project, the Open-Source Cyber Resilience Act Tools (OSCRAT), aims to create user-friendly tools that enhance cyber resilience and streamline compliance processes for small and medium-sized enterprises. What We Need: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile project management, particularly within EU funding projects. Your role will involve overseeing the development of OSCRAT tools, managing project timelines, budgeting, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of project milestones. - Ensure compliance with EU project schemas and working package management. - Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members using tools like OpenProject, Nextcloud, and GitHub. - Monitor project progress, reporting, and budgeting to stakeholders. - Implement agile methodologies and scrum practices within the team. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly in agile project management. - Strong understanding of EU funding project requirements and schemas. - Experience with open-source projects and familiarity with tools like OpenProject, Nextcloud, and GitHub. - Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
