We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead and manage our digital and email marketing efforts. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven campaigns to drive growth and engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of both performance marketing and email marketing strategies, along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international setting.
✍️ As a Growth Marketing Manager at Xolo, you will:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities in international markets.
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display, social, and other digital channels).
- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies including audience segmentation, nurturing, and drip campaigns.
- Leverage email marketing tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus) to build, test, and optimize campaigns.
- Continuously monitor and analyze performance, making data-driven decisions to improve KPIs.

- Proven experience (3+ years) in growth marketing, particularly in an international setting.
- Hands-on experience in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting for digital channels.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms; experience with HubSpot is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools to assess campaign performance and implement optimizations.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
