Build a Wordpress Website

I need a freelancer to help me build a Wordpress website with several components: - Job Board - Applicant page - for their CV etc "Membership" pages... - Employer page: to create a company profile and to be able to post jobs. They should be able to fill out all the details and submit the vacancy, but it is only published once we have approved it. - Various subscription/advertising options for employers e.g. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 25 adverts. - CV database access subscription for employers: but where they don't see the candidate's contact details - A membership for candidates to register their details, experience etc, etc. I already have the design of the site in mind / minimalistic / so it is the functionality that I need! Much appreciated.
