Project description

Axesslab is looking for an analytics person who can help analyse and build reporting around sustainability interactions in the CX. Ideally we would be able to have someone join us for ~6 months from as soon as possible. We are looking for someone to help with 3 main topics: 1) Build our dashboard for reporting sustainability interactions so that we can track our progress across all touchpoints over the next 15 months. 2) Support with setup and evaluation of multiple AB tests we plan to run 3) We're looking for a strong Digital Product Analytics person with experience from a scaled tech company - ideally retail. Someone who can hit the ground running and can handle ambiguity and complexity (after onboarding of course). QUALIFICATIONS: - 4+ years of relevant working experience in a data-intensive analytics role where you learned how to work with raw data, such as in AnalyticsOps, Digital Analytics, Product Analytics, or Business Intelligence, preferably in e-commerce - BA/BS or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science or similar - Strong proficiency with SQL - based languages, preferably in BigQuery or Redshift - Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages for data transformation and analyses - Experience working with dbt and Airflow (not critical) - Experience in data modeling, developing data pipelines and data visualization - Experience in tracking and analysis of onsite user behavior (for example using Google Analytics or a similar service) familiar with dashboarding tools, such as Tableau or MicroStrategy - Experimentation A/B testing (set up of experiments and evaluation of results) - Experimentation tool: Eppo - Understand statistical analysis which Eppo provides - Mid-level understanding required (deep understanding exists in other Applied Scientists roles) It's possible that you will also work on a few "digital accessibility" related tasks as part of sustainability but only around 10-20% of the time so clearly secondary. Sustainability in general will be primary. HOW TO APPLY? If this sounds like your next challenge, please apply to the project and we will receive and review your profiles.

About the company

Axesslab help others create products that are accessible, usable and beautiful. We can help you with development, interaction design, user testing and accessibility reviews that help you fulfill both user needs and comply with standards and legislation like WCAG, European Accessibility Act, Americans with disabilities act (ADA) and EN 301 549. We spread awareness and competence about digital accessibility. We do this by speaking, educating and arranging workshops on the topic of accessibility. We design and build new easy to use technology together with people with disabilities. We often focus on cognitive impairments like autism and adhd, which results in technology that works well for anyone – regardless of disability. Axess Lab is formally called “Axessibility Lab AB”. We are based in Stockholm, Sweden, but we work worldwide.
