Website development (word press design implementation)

Hello. Years ago my website www.smithbranddesign.com was developed on Semplice (WordPress-based portfolio tool) https://www.semplice.com/. I bought the new Semplice 7 template, and we have to transfer the old projects to this new template, and add new projects to it. As a benchmark: https://pearlfisher.com/. Simple and clean. I need it to be extremely precise. I have redesigned it (I will share pdf.s to copy, and have 8 new projects to add. All the photos are in the right size ready to be used, and all texts have been verified. All should be set to be implemented easily. It is an out-of-the-pocket expense so budget must be reasonable. I have a few client projects coming, where the budget can be higher. Wanna help ?
