ABOUT US
Axess Lab is a Swedish company focused on making digital products accessible to everyone. We build inclusive websites and apps for companies and public organizations across Europe. Now we want to take our Google Ads and SEO to the next level.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a freelancer who can help us improve our Google Ads and SEO performance. To find the right person, we’re running a paid test project with 3–5 candidates. Each selected freelancer will be paid €200 to complete the same task. The best performer will then be offered a long-term collaboration with a monthly budget of approximately €1000.
Paid Test Project (approx. 4–6 hours of work)
Step 1 – Quick Analysis
* Provide a short analysis of our current Google Ads and SEO status.
* Identify what’s working, what’s not, and what could be improved.
Step 2 – Improve or Suggest an Ad
* Choose one of our existing posts on LinkedIn (that could be ads) to improve, or suggest a new ad we could implement.
* Explain your thinking and expected outcome.
Step 3 – Your Monthly Strategy
* If you had a monthly budget of €1000, how would you use it?
* Describe how you would allocate time and resources.
* What activities would you prioritize (e.g., search term optimization, landing pages, A/B testing)?
* What kind of results could we realistically expect?
WHAT WE ARE EVALUATING
* Clarity and sharpness of your analysis.
* Strategic thinking and creativity.
* Understanding of accessibility-oriented audiences.
* Communication style and ability to explain concepts simply.
REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience with Google Ads and SEO.
* Fluent in English must be able to work with Swedish.
* Bonus if you’ve worked with accessibility-focused or UX-driven companies.
* Must be available for long-term collaboration if selected.
HOW TO APPLY
Please apply with:
* A short introduction about you and your experience.
* 1–2 examples of similar projects you’ve worked on.
* Confirmation that you're open to doing the €200 test project.
