OBJECTIVES As a sales representative, your goal is to proactively identify and engage potential business clients, showcasing the value of using Xolo's platform for hiring and managing freelancers. There are two main solutions you can offer to prospects: 1. attract businesses interested in hiring freelancers to the Xchange platform 2. bring businesses with existing freelance teams to Xolo’s comprehensive freelancer management platform You will be equipped with a sales kit to support your efforts, together with assistance from our marketing and customer success teams. You are free to choose the channels and methods for work. REWARD Introduce businesses to our platform, and for each that hits a €2000 invoicing threshold, you pocket €200. With companies averaging significant invoices in their first month, reaching this goal is a breeze. Best part? No earnings cap. The sky's the limit, offering you endless possibilities to boost your income fast. REQUIREMENTS - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to persuade and close deals. - Familiarity with the freelance industry and understanding of the challenges businesses face in finding freelancers to work with and managing freelance teams. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, able to work independently and drive growth.
