Olga

Hi, I’m Olga, and I’ve been living in Barcelona for the past two years. Before moving here, I worked at Cisco in Russia for 15 years, spending the last five years as a Partner Account Manager.

I came to Barcelona to study for an MBA in International Business at the EU Business School. During my studies, I learned a lot about sustainable practices in recruitment, which became the focus of my dissertation. I also had the chance to work in Germany and the U.S. through a student exchange program. Earlier in my life, I lived in the U.S. for a year, working as an au pair and studying in college.

I’ve co-founded a recruitment and marketingcompany with two partners. Our focus is on making recruitment more sustainable, which is something I’m very passionate about.
