As a life&business coach I help solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, artists and content creators bring their ducks in a row 🦆🦆🦆 so that they can:

I bring my 'gold ears' 👂. I am great at listening and hearing what is holding people back, what are their strengths, what are their weaknesses and what is the most aligned way to move forward.

In our work together, we focus on you building your business. I help you with visioning, strategizing, brainstorming, I keep you accountable & I am your biggest cheerleader 🎉

At the same time, we will go deep in personal things as well, as those things very often determine how you show up (or not) in business.

I work in a trauma informed and holistic way. I respect your autonomy, and one of my key messages is that you are the main authority in your life.

⇾ 20+ years in personal development
⇾ built my first business (eco-friendly accessories) from the ground up, wearing all possible hats as a solopreneur, so I definitely understand all the emotions that come with it
⇾ got through burn-out, faced my baggage as ACOA, still working through some of my cPTSD - I have this in my credentials, because:
- I learned a ton through it about how human beings work and how our upbringing and environment impacts how we behave in business
- so that you know I am a real human being who gets all possible fears and resistances that might hold you back in your business ⇾ you can feel safe speaking with me about all the things that come up for you as you go for your next level
⇾ I completed Sacred Depths Coach training by Applied Depth Institute
