I have worked as a senior engineer, tech team lead, consultant and technology architect in the fields of banking, government and internet media, creating applications like the one you are using right now for almost twenty years. I am most known for being an outside-the-box-thinking evangelist for API centric development and Domain Driven Design. I am a strong believer in de-centralized, non-monolithic microservice oriented architecture, which enables fast scaling and natural migration of technology.
I worked for 5 years as a CTO for my government, being responsible for architecture vision, technology strategy, development principles and leading the engineering community.
I am also a strong believer in Agile methodologies and I frequently consult developers and start-ups. Outside work my primary hobby is board-gaming!
